Essence de Beaune Chardonnay from the Snoqualmie and Hollywood Hill Vineyards in the Puget Sound AVA. Fermented and aged in neutral French oak. Dry with flavors of lime, melon, tree fruit with a kiss of oak and a minerally, saline finish.
